Due to the government policies and customs laws in different countries, shipment times may vary. In some instances customs will hold the shipment and not release it with out the proper duty being paid. If this happens to you shipment please pay the duty fee to have your product released. No refunds shall be give for products in which the customs duty has not been paid. In the event that customs detains the shipment for any reason other than payable duties we will refund the full cost of the order once customs has returned the package to us.
